2. Educational content

Meridian publishes educational material about precious metals, self-directed IRAs, rollovers, storage, and related retirement topics. This information is general in nature and is not tax, legal, or investment advice.

Decisions about retirement accounts, asset allocation, and metals purchases should be made with qualified professionals who understand your specific situation. Past performance of any asset class is not a guarantee of future results.

3. Acceptable website use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, interfere with site operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

We may suspend access when we reasonably believe a user is violating these terms or applicable law.

4. Orders, pricing & settlement

Quoted prices for physical precious metals reflect live market conditions and can change before an order is locked in. A transaction becomes binding once Meridian confirms the order details and receives cleared payment according to our stated procedures.

Because metals markets move quickly, confirmed purchases are generally final. Orders are not cancelable, returnable, or refundable after confirmation and payment processing unless Meridian agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different outcome.

Ownership of market gains or losses after a completed purchase rests with the buyer. Product availability, minimums, and settlement timelines are communicated during the order process.

5. IRA & custodian coordination

Meridian may help coordinate education and logistics related to self-directed precious metals IRAs, including introductions to independent custodians and approved depositories. Custodians and depositories maintain their own agreements, fee schedules, and compliance requirements.

Meridian does not act as your IRA custodian, trustee, or fiduciary. Account opening, rollovers, and IRS reporting remain subject to custodian rules and applicable regulations.

6. Phone, email & text messages

When you provide contact information, you authorize Meridian to respond by phone, email, or—if you separately opt in—text message regarding the inquiry or services you requested.

Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in are used only for Meridian communications. We do not sell or share SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive automated or promotional messages is optional and is not required to purchase products or services.

If you opt in to text messages, content may include appointment confirmations, follow-up on a form submission, shipping or delivery updates, and educational reminders. Message frequency varies with your activity; many subscribers receive no more than two texts per week.

You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Meridian content without prior authorization.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use, market volatility, custodian actions, or third-party service providers. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid Meridian for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
